2/5 Cracked and miasing concrete in pool, property waa poorly cleaned, had to clean the floors myself, long walk to beach entrance, pool was cloudy, property manager was professional and responsibe. Great house but needs some TLC

- The pool was serviced twice during their stay and confirmed to be safe. No tile damage was found, and any cloudiness may have been due to frequent use and the accumulation of sunscreen.
- Housekeeping would have been happy to return for a touch-up clean if contacted during the stay.
- The listing notes that beach access is about two blocks away to help set expectations before arrival.

Family reunion
4/5 A great space for our family reunion of 9 adults. The pool was a favorite feature. The temp of pool was perfect no heating needed. Plenty of room to gather. There is undoubtedly no private beach access. The HOA does not permit short term renters to use it. Didn’t matter because it was too hot for the beach. AC was inconsistent. Some rooms great others too warm. Sliding door to patio difficult for our elderly family members to open and close. Overall has the feeling of a well loved vacation house. The property manager Val was terrific. Super responsive via text.

5/5 This was awesome. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a perfect fit, kitchen and outdoor area worked out really well for family time. The property manager Val was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and made recommendation's.
