Lovely East Hill home
5/5 This lovely East Hill centrally located home is a very comfortable quiet refuge from the busy downtown activities, but still very close downtown and the airport too.
The hosts has thought of everything, even an ADA compliant bathroom. The decor is modern and neutral, the house was very clean and had all the amenities to help us enjoy our stay. We had more than enough room to spread out with all of the living spaces.

We recommend low clearance cars park on Maura street.

Needs additional repairs
3/5 Unfortunately, we could not stay as the house smelled of mold and mildew. The owner/manager was very gracious and agreed to refund my money as he was somewhat aware of the issue. However, 3 weeks later I am still waiting on a refund. House was not in a good area as I was informed by local residents.

-Regarding the odor, no prior concerns had been reported; however, our handyman did notice an issue in the downstairs area, and air purifiers were promptly added. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope the full refund provided helped offset the disruption.
-As for the surrounding area, the property is in a safe, welcoming neighborhood known for its peaceful atmosphere, friendly community, and convenient access to shops, dining, and attractions.

5/5 The house was perfect for our family vacation. Enough space for our large family. It was also a great location. Far enough away, but close enough to drive to the beach. The only thing I wish would’ve been different was there wasn’t enough a paper product left for use for us. Others than that, five stars!
