CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 8195
- Please immediately report any issues or damage that happen during your stay to the Guest Contact. We typically respond within an hour and strive to resolve issues as soon as possible

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Please remove all garbage, trash, and perishables from the house and place in the outside cans
- Please start a load of bath towels before departing
- If you use the kitchen, load and start the dishwasher. Housekeepers will put away clean dishes
- Do NOT strip the bed
- Do not leave anything in the house or yard that you brought in
- Leave TV remotes near the TVs in visible sight
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances, except for WiFi routers, cable boxes, and stationary appliances like TVs
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
