- The property is located in Lost Key Golf and Beach Club
- All guests must visit the Guard House upon arrival to receive a mandatory Parking Pass
- Please ensure you arrive at the main entrance, located off Perdido Key Drive at 14370 Lost Key Boulevard (parallel to the ocean). Navigation apps will sometimes direct guests to enter through the Owner's Entrance gate, which guests cannot access

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. Upon arrival, give your unit number to the guard at the gate in order to receive a parking pass
- The code for the main building is *3231
- The keys to the home are accessible via lockbox. As soon as possible, please reach out to the Guest Contact to obtain the code to the lockbox
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Leave the key lanyards in the basket by the front door
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade 
- Place all used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor 
- Log out of any personal accounts on streaming platforms
- In the colder months, set the thermostat to 50. In the warmer months, set the thermostat to 75
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
