CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. To access the community, please provide your vehicle info and license plate number at the front gate. They will give you a parking pass
- The key is located inside a lockbox. The access code is 5459
- After initial entry, please return the key to the lockbox. A key for use during your stay will be in a basket in the kitchen
- The code to access the lobby is *0803
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return all keys, wristbands, and cards to the basket in the kitchen
- Use the key in the lockbox to lock the door upon departure, then place it back in the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Please remove all garbage, trash, and perishables and place them in the outside chute
- Load and start the dishwasher. Housekeepers will put away clean dishes
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade. Do NOT strip the beds
- Start a load of bath towels
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Do NOT unplug the internet router, TVs, or cable boxes
