  I cannot even try to say even GREAT things about this beautiful condo. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Sparkling clean, extremely comfortable, breathtaking views from every room, and perfect location. The beach area was pristine and powder soft sand. We enjoyed the pool and grill area, too. The cherry on top was our host, Leslie. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always available to answer questions and give directions. This is the BEST I've ever had on vacation.

  Immaculate and Breathtaking!! The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was our 10 year Anniversary and Leslie (the hostess) helped me make it special for my wife. I messaged her before arrival, and she set it all up beautifully! The kids loved the bunk beds, beach toys, and the pool. The furnishings are very we'll maintained and very clean. The condo was fully stocked: spices, oil, dish detergent, sponges, cleaning supplies, coffee and tea with creamer and sugars, luxury bathing items, lotions, facial masks, hand soaps, snacks, waters, even sunscreen! We have never stayed in a place that has this high level of top notch hospitality. provided. We had family in another condo in the same resort come over to visit. They agreed that our condo was far superior to the one they rented, and theirs was alot more expensive. I felt a stay as exceptional as ours deserved a stellar review. #1 Host #1 Condo

• Fantastic stay

  Immaculately clean and fresh smelling ocean front condo with Amazing views from every room! I laid in the master bed like Queen sipping tea watching the sunrise every morning. It could not have been any better!! I loved that so so many hospitality items were thoughtfully placed throughout the condo for our use. I found a nice book to sit on the balcony with while the kids played games on the rainy day. Our host, Leslie, is worth a million! She helped me plan this vacation weeks in advance. She was always available and guided me to all of the local sweet spots. We have found our new vacation home!

• Excellent Condo in Perdido Key!

  Excellent condo with plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. Amazing views of the gulf! Very clean, and Leslie, the host, was great with communication (got lucky and were able to check in early :).

  Second time at Beach Colony (different condos), great facility, pools, exercise room, and easy walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay at this condo again!

  Pristine clean and beautiful in every way! I am ocd about cleanliness, and this condo did not disappoint! It was stocked with everything we could've ever needed. My kids loved the bathroom products. I also enjoyed the luxurious bath wash and spa products! Excellent breathtaking views from every room! The balcony was spacious with nice outdoor furniture. We loved that a beach umbrella and chairs were provided for our use. I cannot say enough great things about our host, Leslie. She answered all messages quickly and very knowledgeable about the area. I told her it was my daughter's birthday, and the next day she surprised us with a lovely cake and balloons. It made my daughter's day extra special. A host like that is worth a million! We will book this same condo for next year's vacation.
