CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The Guest Contact will reach out with the access code prior to your arrival
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Please remove all garbage, trash, and perishables from the house and place them in the outside cans
- Load and start the dishwasher. Housekeepers will put away clean dishes
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Strip the sleeper sofa and put the couch back together
- Start a load of towels
- Tidy up the yard. Do not leave anything in the house or yard that you brought in
- Please clean the smoker with the wire brush if used
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Do not unplug internet router, TVs, or cable boxes
- Please note that maximum occupancy applies to all guests at all times. Only those authorized in the reservation are permitted on the property
