Unfortunately an awful experience
1/5 I would give zero stars if I could. I never give zero stars but I had to this time. We arrived at the home and the gate was not locked, I could not get into the key box at the front door, so the host told me the key was under the mat, which did not seem very secure to me. As soon as we walked in, the air we smelled was musty and there were stains on the floor. After further inspection, we found dirty air vents, laundry in the drier, and detergent spilled over the top of the washer. Worst of all, the back door and back patio door were unlocked as well as the screened porch broken. We did not feel safe staying here because it felt like someone had entered the home or could enter it very easily. We left immediately and contacted evolve and the host to request a refund since we had to find other accommodations. The refund was refused under false pretenses that our main concern was that we were far from the beach. That is a complete lie as proximity to the beach was never a concern of mine and those words were never said. I didn’t feel listened to and it feels like this business was desperate to keep the money even though we did not stay at the property and thoroughly documented our experience with pictures and communicated everything immediately. I will never be using evolve again and do not recommend this rental.

Near NAS and convenient to Downtown
5/5 Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and responsive. The house is close to NAS and Downtown Pensacola. It was a great value and easy to find.
Cute cottage near NAS
5/5 I rented this particular house to be near my son who is stationed at NAS Pensacola. It was clean and fresh and stocked with whatever I needed for my stay. Leslie was a tremendous help throughout my visit. I would book this house again.
