- The name of the community is Tiffany's Place
- The unit is inside a 4 plex
- The outside door has no markings to indicate which building it is however it says unit G once you are inside
- Parking is on the east side of the building, go straight down center sidewalk and into the building

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The key to the unit is located inside a lockbox, which is at the front door of the building. The code is 2989
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Put the key back in the lockbox
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
- Please remove all garbage, trash, and perishables from the house and place in the outside cans.
- Load and start the dishwasher. Housekeepers will put away clean dishes
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade. Do NOT strip the beds.
- Strip at the sofa sleepers trundle beds, and rollout cots, and put the couches back together
- Start a load of bath towels before departing.
- Tidy up the yard. Do not leave anything in the house or yard that you brought in.
- For homes with a grill, please clean it with the wire brush

HOUSE RULES:

- Do NOT unplug internet router, TV's, or cable boxes.
- Please note that maximum occupancy applies to all guests at all times. Only those authorized in the reservation are permitted on the property.
