Clean & Close to the Beach
4/5 As VRBO renters for several years, we're used to private homes/condos for rent. This home is not privately owned/operated so some personal details were not available. (but all necessary needs were provided)Typical older, remodeled home with beachy feel. Small bed/bath rooms with little closet space. No TV's in bedrooms. Home is in a quiet area, on the corner of an intersection - busy at times. Nice front porch to sit on. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness.1 short mile to public beach access. Enjoyed Johnson Beach National Park for secluded beach.

Close to the Beach House
4/5 We knew there was steps to get in and to go upstairs but the steps from the garage in were a little steep with no handrails. My mom promptly fell going up. She had a few scrapes and bruises. All the bar stools were a little hard on our butts, a nice chair inside would be good. Other than that it was nice, clean, and a good location. There were a few restaurants within walking distance and lots of places to go to with a little bit of driving.

Great place for family vacation
5/5 We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the place felt like we were at home. We were only minutes away from Perdido Beach and Johnson Beach. All the food was great. Enjoyed Flora Bama and CrabTrap. Thanks for a great vacation place!

Quiet Beach Stay
5/5 Location is great if you want a quiet, relaxing stay. About 3 minutes from the beach, but far enough away that you don’t feel the hustle and bustle of tourists unless you want to. Plenty of good local restaurants, groceries, drug stores, etc. right nearby. 10 minutes to Florida Point/Orange Beach and 30 minutes to Santa Rosa Island (Pensacola Beach).
Plenty of space for our family of seven including two adult children and one of their spouses. Lots of privacy for everyone. House also had plenty of linens and towels for tons of beach trips, along with chairs and things available in the garage to avoid expensive rentals or taking up space in your vehicle to bring your own.
AC kept things cool. Front lawn was shady and had outdoor furniture. House was very clean. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. Coffee was provided, but the coffee maker is small. So if you have a large group of coffee drinkers, you may want to bring a larger pot. Washer/dryer was included in the laundry room and worked well.
Only one complaint is that the bathrooms are a little tight for getting ready, doing makeup, hair, etc. but that’s probably because we’re spoiled for space at home.
Overall, a GREAT stay. Exactly what we were looking for and will stay again!
