3/5 The property was very nicely laid out. When i put some garbage in the bins they were all full & loaded w/flies & wasps. The next day the house was full of flies because the bins were stored right next to the garage. The flies must have made their way thru the garage to the house. There was a hole dug in the backyard exposing a sewage pipe. They said to start dishwasher but didnt include any dishwasher detergent.

Great Location
5/5 Was down for the weekend to hear Jackson Hwy play at the FloraBama in Pensacola - awesome band !!!! Perfect location to everything. House just as described in a great neighborhood, would defiantly be returning next time they play. Loved the fenced in back yard with pets. .

4/5 This is our 3rd year spending time in the Gulf Shores / Pensacola area. So far this is our favorite area. We loved being in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It was so nice to walk with our dog on quiet streets. I also enjoyed being a block and a half from a place to launch my kayak, and 5 blocks from the wonderful Galvez Landing launch. The waters on either side were ideal for kayaking - so beautiful. I also put in at the Big Lagoon Boat launch and enjoyed being surrounded by a least a dozen dolphins - it was magical.
Being so close to grocery stores, including the fun small fish market, was wonderful. And there were so many good restaurants close by to choose from - we didn't get to experience them all (we'll have to come back).
Our guest contact was very responsive and helpful. The small issues we had were resolved right away.
The house was nice enough, though not "perfect". The master bedroom, bathroom, and closet were very large. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The washer and dryer were large capacity and worked very well. It was evident that in the past a smoker had lived there, but we understand the owners did what they could to mitigate the issue.
