CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM. As soon as possible, please inform the Guest Contact of your approximate arrival time
- The building door is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- The unit is accessible via keyless entry at the top of the stairs. The code is 1979
- Please ensure both doors are shut completely and the stairwell light switch is turned off when not in use. The doors lock automatically, and an alarm will sound if they are not closed entirely 
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items and wipe the inside of the refrigerator
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade 
- Place all used towels in the hamper and place in front of the laundry closet 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- This property has a strict maximum occupancy of 4. No additional guests are permitted on-site

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

POOL FUN & SAFETY (8:00 AM-10:00 PM):
- Children under 18 must be supervised by a parent
- Non-swimmers must wear a life vest; weak swimmers should use a flotation device
- Keep pool gate closed at all times (including side gates)
- No diving, running, glass bottles, or rough play
- Children in diapers must wear swim diapers
- Remove pool toys after use
- Rinse off sand/debris before coming inside 
- Hang wet swimsuits/towels outside or in the shower — not on beds or furniture

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This single-story apartment is located on the 2nd floor and requires using stairs to access 
- The host and their dog live on-site, in the completely separate ground-floor unit, and may be present during your stay. Their unit is accessible by 2 doors to the right and left of the foyer, which are locked and off-limits to guests
- You may hear the homeowners' dog, Mia, bark or growl as you enter/exit the unit. Don't be alarmed - she is friendly and lives behind the closed and locked doors
- The thermostat controls are located in the owner’s unit. If you need the heat or air conditioning adjusted during your stay, please reach out to the Guest Contact
- Parking for the closest beach access point (Beach Access 36) is located at 600 Churchwell Drive
