  The peoperty was in a bad neighborhood, and the property was not kept up. Broken fence the grass was not cut, the house next door is abandoned!! The house itself has a a/c unit in the living room but the rooms do not, the rooms are hot and stuffy, the second room has no plug for the tv so you have to run a extension cord across the room. We took a Uber one day and the Uber driver explained to us that the neighborhood was not good, she explained that the house was next to known drug houses!

  - The broken fence resulted from a storm that uprooted a tree in the neighbor's yard, causing damage. We're actively working on repairing it, and we've reached out to the neighbor about removing the tree to help with the repair process.
  - The lawn maintenance was delayed this year, but it has since been addressed, and regular upkeep will be maintained moving forward.
  - There's an abandoned house next door, and we're actively exploring options with the city, including the possibility of purchasing the property.
  - While the A/C unit is located in the living room, both bedrooms have high-speed fans to ensure comfort.
  - Regarding concerns about the neighborhood, we're not aware of any issues suggesting it's a known drug area. The property is located behind a high school, which typically sees significant police presence, especially during the school year and events, to maintain order.

  Quaint home with minimal disturbances and great accommodations. Close to a lot of nice places.
