- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 9197
- The code for the pool is 0814
- The gate code to docks, sauna, and pool is the same as the gate code to drive onto the property
- There is 1 parking pass available in the unit upon arrival. A parking pass is required in order to park in the community lot
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the dumpsters located on the ground level in the parking lot
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave used beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile on bathroom floor
- Please turn the thermostat to 75 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
