5/5 You cannot beat the location. Owner replied to us in a timely manner. They offer beach chair and umbrella for you to borrow. Absolutely amazing. You can see parts of the beach in the balcony, and it’s a 4th floor, so the view is super nice. We loved this property. Cozy and comfortable. You can’t beat it. And great price as well. We loved loved loved our stay

5/5 The condo was exactly as depicted and in close proximity (10 min walk) to several restaurants and coffee shops. I would stay here again!
Very nice studio
4/5 The studio was excellent, exactly like the pictures, and very clean. Location was great - walk to restaurants, shops, beach, or rent a bike and visit other places on 30A.My only reason for not giving this 5 stars is the beach access - guests of this studio, and other condos in the area are limited to one access point and one area of the beach - This area becomes very crowded while the private beach on either side is completely empty.
