- The circuit breaker issue occurred during a severe storm that impacted the surrounding area. A maintenance team was able to come out within 24 hours and make the necessary repairs.
- Regarding the fire alarm, this was the first time we have ever experienced this issue. The alarm company confirmed it was triggered by a smoke sensor inside the home, and it has not happened again since your stay, so future guests should not encounter the same problem.

5/5 We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home just 5 minutes from the beach in Panama City. The house was cozy and inviting, truly feeling like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the pool was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The hosts were gracious and attentive, making our experience even better.
The only small suggestion I have is regarding the kids' room downstairs—it tends to get quite hot at night, and adding a cooling fan would make that space much more comfortable. Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful, and we would love to return! Thank you for a lovely stay!
