Nice little condo
5/5 It was a very nice condo! Small, but it’s all about the beach anyway. We very much enjoyed our stay! Our ionly constructive criticism would be the bed, it is very small and not super comfortable, but we slept just fine and had a lovely time. We would absolutely come back!

Nice stay
3/5 Cute, clean room. Nice proximity to the awesome pool and beach. We got a deal on it since it was an off week, but I wouldn’t be very happy if I had paid full price! First of all it’s a double/full size bed so my husband and I couldn’t even sleep next to each other and the bed was very uncomfortable! Time for some refreshing of this tired condo!

Okay but could be better
3/5 The location was excellent because of proximity and easy access to the beach.
However we had an issue with poor cleanliness in these areas:
* Carpet and curtain
* Cushions on couch were stained
* Ceiling fan
* Cups were not properly washed
* The A/C vents were dirty
The owner was very responsive and accommodating. If he would address these issues this would make for a great vacation studio for a couple.
