5/5 The the location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach and very quiet area, the room was clean, well funished, and ver comfortable witch made for a nice relaxing stay.
Spring break week
5/5 Loved the stay within walking distance of everything. We enjoyed swimming with dolphins at St Andrews beach. Amazing trip.

Junky rundown apartment (classic beach shack)
2/5 The cleaners did the best they could to make the rundown “in bad need of repairs” place clean. The floors in various rooms were mismatched and looked awful, the tv antenna didn’t get reception to watch tv, all interior/exterior doors in terrible shape, awful couch that sank to the floor with a cover on it. There was not even a working can opener. When we arrived there was 1/2 roll of toilet paper in one bathroom and none in the other. No paper towels or dishwashing liquid. Tables/furniture looked like it came from a debris pile on the side of the road. I’d never rent this unit again. The one and only good thing about the unit is that it’s one block from the beach.
