Nothing fancy but serves your basic needs for a quick and unplanned vacation. Can walk to the beach in 5 minutes
1. Shortly after arriving Sunday night, we realized the toilets would not flush. I immediately reached out to our guest contact who I could not reach. After a few attempts, I called a number I found on one of my confirmation emails. The first phone call got disconnected. I called back and was told I would have to wait for the first person I spoke with and they would be back in touch. I waited for 30 minutes or so and still hadn’t heard back so I called again. During this phone call, my guest contact began calling me. I returned her call and was told the issue was being looked into. After waiting and several more texts later, it was obvious the issue would not be resolved Sunday night and we’d have to wait until Monday. While I understand it can be difficult to get a plumber at 10:00 p.m., my issue is there was not even an offer to relocate us for the night, compensation, or otherwise. All I was told was that these issues can’t be avoided and they’re sorry. I’ve sent an email requesting a refund for one night’s stay, but I haven’t heard back from anyone.
2. One of the main reasons for selecting this location was its pet friendly and has a fenced back yard. The backyard has a small gravel area and a grassy area. The grass was so overgrown it was impossible for our dog to go outside and play/run off some energy. This was actually my first complaint before I realized the plumbing issue. This email/complaint was never acknowledged.
I do not recommend staying here and will not be staying here again.

We had a great stay. Apartment was just what we needed. We have stayed there before and wanted to book it again. Thanks to Megan for helping solve the remote control issue.
It’s a “okay” stay for 2 nights. There were a few issues we ran into with the property about cleanliness, but we resolved it on our own.
