  It was a 5 minute walk to the beach but a 15 minute ride to get to stores and restaurants. Overall it was ok

• Great Cottage...ridiculous cleaning fee!

  The cottage was very close to the beach, which is what we came for, however, with a cleaning fee this high, I expect a place to be spotless! There were cobwebs and lint in all the vents in the kitchen and the on the ceilings above the fans. I understand charging the cleaning fee during spring break, but for off season, it is astronomical! The cleaning fee should not be as more than the stay...

• A trip to the beach before school starts back.

  The cottage is cute. It had an everything that you would need. The bedroom we slept in had twin beds and the ceiling had stars on it that would glow at night. I enjoyed them so much.

• Nice place

  Nice place not a far walk to the beach.if un able to walk there is parking at the beach entrance at the end of the street. House held ten of us. 6 adults and 4 kids. Plus room for 2 more.A few things were broken and the house needs a little updating.but the owner was very accommodating and fast to fix any issues. Grocery store only a few blocks down and the store wasn't expensive at all,they had everything we needed. Nice quit neighborhood. Very family friendly. The beach wasn't crowded because there wasn't any hotels near. When double red flags their was a lifeguard driving up and down the beach keeping everyone safe.

  Only room for 2 parking spots at the house no front or back yard use. One bathroom lots of towels.be sure to bring dish soap laundry soap and bathing stuff.

  My family and I will definitely book this place again!!
