  Our overall stay was great considering the weather was not super cooperative. The condo really needs a dining table because we had brought games prepared for the rain, but then no confortable way to play. And we couldn't log into any of the streaming services without a PIN so we couldn't even wat h tv.

  It was a beautiful condo. 12th floor and a great view. Bring your own beach towels and chairs. The TV in the bedroom is not connected to the provider. The tub does not have a plug, and there’s no way to get ice. I was going to purchase an ice tray and forget. Overall it was a beautiful property. I highly recommend The Summit.

  The place is very nice , but I give the cleaning a 0!!! It looks like the previous guest just walked out as soon as we walked in how nasty everything was!! It has potential to be way better, I called multiple times to try to get a partial refund because im very disappointed from the pictures!!! I loved the views, but everything else wasn’t what we expected

  Disappointed in the condition of the room. No table to eat meals at. Limited supplies, no tissues in the bathroom no dishwasher detergent to Clean dishes. Tiny coffee, pot refrigerator door kept popping open. No hangers in the closet and the toilet and sink we’re not bolted and moved a lot. This unit needs a lot of maintenance. Do not understand why we had to pay to park our car there with the price we were paying for the unit. The plus was it was right on the Beach and pretty convenient to some restaurants.

  In the unit above us they were doing renovations and drilling and sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling and this was on Saturday and Sunday so that was very annoying

  The property had about 10 Industrial fans in condo no one told me about a water line broke in condo

  Tubes from the fans where in the tub to drain the water
