CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The property is located in a gated community. The gate access code is 5364#
- Guest passes will be provided upon arrival. If you arrive after hours, please return to the gate in the morning to pick up the passes
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 2406. Input the code and then press 'Enter'
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the townhome by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please set the thermostat to 73 degrees
- Additional fees will be imposed if the townhome is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

- The TVs are all connected to a Fire TV Stick. YouTube TV has live channels, and HBO and Showtime are included, along with movies that are saved in the "Library"
- Disney Plus, Hulu, and Netflix should all be accessible under the homeowner's account as well. If you have any trouble, please reach out to the Guest Contact for assistance
