  Not a bad condo. Just a short walk to the beach. Love the pool access. The condo itself needs a little updating. We arrived to find half a roll of toilet paper in the entire condo. Messaged the owner and it took 24 hours to get more toilet paper. No dish towels or potholders were present. Several of the lights and fans did not work. The TV has no cable or apps to log into for service. The filter for the AC unit was completely filthy. But, even with all of this, I would recommend. It’s a spacious condo near the beach and other amenities. Within walking distance to a few restaurants. Beautiful complex.

Regarding the toilet paper, our cleaners do leave one new roll per bathroom, but we’re sorry it didn’t feel sufficient. We’re also sorry for the delay in getting extra supplies to you. Our cleaning team did stop by the next day with toilet paper, dish towels, and potholders, and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.
  
  We also want to sincerely apologize for the dirty AC filter. That’s not up to our standards, and we’ve since replaced it. As for the TV, it does have streaming apps built in, and we’ll make sure that’s more clearly communicated for future guests. We're also checking the lights and fans you mentioned to ensure everything is in proper working order.

  Needing maintenance, but I will tell you the owner was very helpful with any problems we had. I would suggest this property again

  -The gas smell you noticed was due to a faulty gas top knob, which was immediately addressed. The gas company was called right away, and the gas was turned off until the repairs were completed. We worked swiftly to resolve the issue and minimize any inconvenience to you.

  The place was clean with a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bring trash bags and paper towels or else you will run out. Will definitely stay there again.

• It's OK!

  Wasn't overly impressed by cleanliness. Floors are warped in master & secondary bathrooms near the tub. Shower head in master looked black in spots (maybe mildew or mold) so we didn't use it. Limited wash cloths so bring your own; stairs are steep. Master can get hot at night so we had to adjust temperature. My husband swears he heard footsteps inside late one night. Other than that, it was just OK but not a place I would book for a 2nd trip. Great location to activities and the beach though.

  - We are sorry about the flooring. We are aware of it in the small bathroom, but not in other areas. We were caught off guard by this because the floor is brand new and was recently installed. We have already contacted the installers to come to take a look at it.
  
  - We have also told our cleaning crew about the shower head and the overall cleanliness of our home. We will be making sure they do a better job moving forward.
  
  - The A/C is also regularly inspected and maintained. Temperature can always easily be adjusted.
