CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. There must be a member of the group who is over the age of 25 to get the access code, per HOA rules. The gate code will be given by a security guard
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The access code is 0229 
- You must turn the knob before using the handle to open the door
- Upon arrival, please go to the front desk to purchase the required parking pass, which will cost $30 per stay. In addition, you must purchase $5 wristbands for any guests over the age of 12. This wristband provides you with access to the community pool and fitness center and is required to be on the property
- If arriving outside of the front desk's operating hours, please write down the unit number on a sheet of paper and leave it on your vehicle's dashboard until the following morning
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 9:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to trash chute across from elevators
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Pile all used towels on the bathroom floor and pile all used linens on the floors of each bedroom
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Please set the thermostat 75 degrees
- Close blinds and curtains and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
