First floor is great
3/5 There was hair on floor upon arrival, and dirty stove, ice maker didn't work the whole time, rugs weren't vacuumed, one bunk had dirty sheets. Needs furniture update desperately. Would never stay there again.

- We value your observations regarding the furniture and condo condition. Over the past three years, we've diligently upgraded the property with new appliances, TVs, and various enhancements, reflecting our commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Regarding the incidents you mentioned, we swiftly attended to the air conditioning issue, with a friend of ours responding within 30 minutes to assist. Subsequent to their visit, our friend reported that the floor was dry, and only around a half-inch of water was vacuumed from the tray. Effective communication is crucial, so we apologize if there were lapses on our end.
