  Our family of four really enjoyed 2206. This unit was probably one of the best we have stayed in- everything worked and was labeled, it had beach towels, toys and chairs, all the kitchen items we needed and some extra cleaning supplies. We always love Sterling Breeze but the updated elevators and new lobby made the stay even better. The unit came with beach chairs and umbrella which was very nice. Great communication from the owners when we had a quick question before our trip. We will definitely stay in this unit in the future.

  Wow! Everything with this condo was plush, clean, and a perfect getaway for our family! Plenty of room for my family of 5 to spread out and each have our own space, and plenty of room to be together in the dining room, living room, and balcony. The master bathroom felt like a luxury spa and the bed was very comfortable and plush. I appreciate the attention to details from the owners: everything is labeled, clear instructions are given, communication was seemless, they were very responsive, and the welcome book with information was very much appreciated! Obtaining a parking pass and arm bands was very easy. The pool and hot tub were highlights with our family as unfortunately we had double red flags the first 2 days of our stay and could not get in the ocean. The beach closet with chairs and toys was a nice surprise! The morning we departed, from the balcony we saw dolphins and sting rays swimming right in front of the condo! It was amazing! And my boys caught ghost crabs on the beach at night. If we are ever in the area again, I will definitely book this condo! You will not regret it!

  The condo was great! The 3 bedroom designation is a little misleading as the third “bedroom” is a teeny set of bunks off the hallway. No space for luggage and no real privacy of a bedroom. But nice to have 3 full baths and the living area is very spacious. Bring your own pillows if you’re picky. Neither of these things was a problem for us, still 5 stars!

  Was great to have the chair service included with the rental. Staff was always very helpful and parking process was easy. The area was really central to restaurants and shopping in both Panama City and Rosemary Beach. Highly recommend the short walk across the street to Dusty’s for a cold beer and great food!

  Would rent this condo again.
