Panama City Beach Condo w/ Patio & Pool Access!

  Upon arrival I was charged an additional 80 (20 for ea. person) for a mandatory wristband due to the owner not knowing the HOA rules. It's not only to access amenities as stated, which we did not need, it's mandatory to even be on the premises. Jennifer told me she would refund me, now I'm being told she will not. I was given her number, my calls are now going straight to voicemail! The excuse I was given is they do not make enough money. Which has nothing to do with me! The unit was not as pictured. There is a sofa bed and rolling cot which are thin and extremely uncomfortable, you can still fill the wire frame. As the customer I should not have been charged for your lack of knowing the rules. I was forced to pay or ruin my daughters birthday trip and lied to by Jennifer! She had no intention on refunding my money!!! Shady business!!!!

  Was a great clean and quiet place to stay a little drive to get to things but ok , beach was very close so you can walk , would recommend this place

• Relaxing stay

  We had a ton of fun during our vacation. There are amenities on property however you have to bring your own equipment to mini golf, tennis, etc.

• Quite stay

  The condo was nice and cozy. You can tell it’s an older place but it’s well cared for. The owners are friendly. It’s across the street from the beach so the travel to the beach is not far at all.

  The people you get your wrist bands from are not very friendly so if you’ve got any questions don’t bother asking them.

• Unit D for dirty

  AC was not working the night we arrived had to wait till next day for it to get fixed. Which was done promptly. Dryer door handle was broken off, smelled of cheep cleaner to mop floors with, had to buy a shower curtain. Only 1 silverware spoon., no hot pads to use to get something out of the oven. And lastly, the unit has a for sale in the window!! Enough said.
