5/5 The property was excellent; very comfortable, clean, facing the water, easy parking, hospitable staff. We would come back and recommend to others.
Then why not five stars? A half roll of paper towels, one kitchen garbage bag, one roll of toilet paper, one miniature shampoo, no additional blankets...such a nice property; it would seem these comfort items could easily be included. Maybe for a one/two-night stay but not for multiple days/nights. Also was disappointed we could not re-cycle materials; all went into garbage.
It would be unfortunate for this property to be downgraded simply because a few inexpensive comfort items are not allocated.
Great location and View
5/5 We So Enjoyed our stay at this Great Condo. The view and location is amazing. Close to Pier Park and Restaurants. We were having should a good time we called and extended our stay. The condo furnishings are top of the line. We will definitely rent again.

5/5 Shane was a great host! This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, an amazing balcony view, and a lot of cool updated features throughout the condo (including the mirror in the bathroom, the main bathroom shower, and living room furniture/dining furniture)!
Highly recommend! We would love to come stay again next summer when we visit!

Beautiful Condo with amazing views
5/5 Visited PCB for Ironman Florida. Location of condo less than a mile from Start/Finish and along the run course. Beautiful condo, exactly as pictured and very spacious for a 1 bedroom. Great view of the gulf. Easy check in, great communication.
