Not a good experience
1/5 The bed was terrible, we got kicked out of the pool by security even tho a pool is listed in the amenities & there are 3 photos of the pool in the listing & there was work being done on the roof right above the unit & there were random loud booming noises & the A/C was turned off in our unit for about 6 hrs with the temps around 90 degrees outside & after we informed the owner of the issues, we never got a response. I wouldnt recommend staying here.

-The mattress in the bedroom is a high-quality model selected for guest comfort; we understand that preferences can vary, and comfort is often subjective.
-The listing clearly notes that a membership is required to access the pool, and this information is also communicated prior to arrival to ensure transparency and avoid any confusion.
-Regarding the roof repair, we notified guests as soon as we were informed by management. We were advised that the work would only take a few hours, and the guest mentioned they would not be in the unit during that time.
-No concerns were brought to our attention during the stay, but we always encourage guests to reach out so we can assist in real time.
