  My family and I loved the house. My kids loved the pool. We had everything we needed. The home is ready for a family with kids.

  The photos were accurate. A master brm with bath, 3 other brms with queen beds. Nice open kitchen, dining, and livingroom. Pool generally clean with some leaf debris. Pool guy there 1 day. Used available net to clean leaves out. Small pool, but nice deep end. nice sitting area by pool. Comfortable temp. Nice exterior lighting. Easy entry with codes. Great place for the price. Only negative would be mattress in master bdrm. It was somewhat sunk in on the sides. We didn't bother with trying to flip it to see if it would make a difference. House in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded or near gated communities. Would definitely stay there again.

  Good time. Wish the pool would have been cleaned prior to our stay but we still enjoyed it after we swept it.

  The main thing that was unacceptable was the shower was difficult to operate. I call management about it, they said they'd try to have someone come look but then said basically no one was available until after my people would have already been gone.

  There were slippery rungs in all the hall ways. That is a big slip hazard. My people took them up and set them aside.

  I'm traveling and don't have the list of other items the folks who stayed there wrote down, but I would say it was ok. My people are great. they made it all work but I'm not sure I would recommend this property.

  Trash sat outside for most of their stay. There was a discarded sofa near the driveway and a stack of lawn waste. It just did nothing for the apeal. Shrubs and trees near front door need to be trimmed. We all had to duck to enter the property.

  - Communication and responsiveness: When notified, the guest contact immediately worked to schedule a plumber. Unfortunately, same-day availability wasn’t possible, but we were glad to hear you were able to operate it.
  
  - Safety: Thank you for pointing out the rugs in the hallway. We will address this by adding adhesive to the bottom of the rugs to ensure they are secure and safe for future guests.
  
  - Debris and landscaping: The area was still undergoing cleanup from two recent hurricanes, and debris was placed neatly to the side, away from walkways and the driveway. While a palm leaf near the entrance was noted, we will ensure it is trimmed promptly.
  
  - Overall experience: We strive to maintain the property and respond to guest concerns as quickly as possible. Your feedback helps us make improvements to provide the best experience for all guests.
