Awesome Stay
5/5 This property was great! Plenty of space for our family, and the accommodations were great for our handicapped guest. Host was very responsive and very helpful. The only thing that could make it even better, is if the outdoor kitchen was (fully) functional, as the sink hookup wasn’t completed, and the outdoor refrigerator wasn’t hooked up. But I could understand they may have their reasons for not completing that. That still doesn’t deter me from renting again. I plan to rent this same property for future visits to the area!
Severely Underkept
1/5 This could be an amazing property, but it's not being kept up at all. Furniture broken, multiple light bulbs blown inside and out so you're walking down a sidewalk of overgrown bushes in absolute darkness to get to the front door as the garage is not accessible, the pool guy apparently didn't know how to operate the timer, because when the waterfall came on it was only at night, and the pool was ice cold with no option for heat. Then there's the roaches...... Eventually an exterminator came out, but I have a strict "no roach" policy. They were mainly confined to the lower level of the home. The a/c was a problem in multiple rooms. Again the property could be amazing, but upkeep has been severely overlooked. Also, the dishes were not equipped for large meals. The contact woman who responds is not the owner and is quite responsive acting as a middle person between the guests and the owner. The owner seemingly accused guests of messing with the timer even though we didn't know where it was. They have exterior cameras to confirm this isn't true, but clearly just wanted someone to blame. Spend your money elsewhere, because I would not stay here again even if it were free.

Roaches, Roaches, Roaches
1/5 Roaches running all over in the kitchen. The house needs a lot of work. Poor lighting in the kitchen. So many things that need attention. For the money it was not worth it.
