Condo in PGA National Resort w/ Pool & Spa!

  Property is very old I’d have to assume mid to late 80s construction. Some things are updated others very outdated. Listing says WiFi login information would be provided upon check in. Never received that or was able to locate that information in the condo. The property is gated and requires picture ID from the person who rented the condo to even obtain access at 9 pm. It was very inconvenient having to wait in line for a gate guard to check ID and verify that you were staying there. Would be more convenient if a temporary guest pass would be provided to allow easier access to the property. Pool area was ok, pool was dirty and appeared as if it hadn’t been cleaned in several weeks.

  From the owner: "The photos and information on the listing reflect the quality of the unit. We're working on updating the photos since the kitchen was fully remodeled and new appliances (including a washer/dryer) were installed in January 2025. Our Wi-Fi information is printed and placed at the entry, and in the event someone misplaces it, our team is available by phone to provide it. Our property is located within the enclave of PGA National, a gated community with access to the PGA National Resort Spa and Hotel restaurants. As such, the community requires a picture ID after 9 pm for the security of all residents. Our guests are registered upon booking with PGA HOA; upon showing identification, access is granted after 9 pm; these rules are stipulated in all PGA National listings. Unfortunately, the HOA will not provide temporary electronic passes, as not every guest has their vehicle for passage through the automatic gate, and it is not their policy to do so."

  Great location, but air quit working right after we got there and it took until next day to fix. Thankfully it was a fairly cool night and we had plenty of fans.

  I stayed in the upstairs two bedroom condo with adequate bedding. Good location for my purposes.

  Our son played in a two day tournament at PGA National. The clubhouse is literally within walking distance of this condo. Beautiful pool and grounds. There were a couple of maintenance issues we called in about, but the management team is responsive and handled the issues satisfactorily. We would definitely stay here again.

  Awesome place and the owner was great! Only pain was you’re not allowed to have a truck in the neighborhood after hours. So we had to park at the clubhouse parking lot, walk around or jump the fence to get to the condo. That’s not the owner’s rule though that’s the community’s rule. Owner was jam up and very prompt with communication
