  This place was exactly what we wanted! The place was nicely furnished and seemed to be recently remodeled. We did not want for anything during our stay. The beach was a short walk away and never crowded.

  The pool is about 15 feet from the door and the sea is about a 2 minute walk.It had everything and more you need for a group of 4. I highly recommend this place. It is about 20 minutes to Main street Daytona Beach.

  This condo was wonderful. It has everything you need for a great stay, including chairs, towels, and umbrella for the beach. The pool is out your back door and it's a short walk across the street to the beach. It is a perfect set up for a family. I enjoyed my stay and will be back!

• Property was good. Cleanliness was extremely poor.

  Upon entering the place looked great.New furniture,new flooring, kitchen appliances and counter tops were A1, Bedrooms had all new furniture and beds.The owner did an exceptional job in putting modern day furniture. Upon further review of unit we did find some deficiencies. Three pole lamp in living room switch was broken. Had to take electrical outlet and plug it in wall outlet and take it out when not in use. Also face plate had screw missing and kept falling on floor. Door bell did not work. Light in kitchen Hall did not work. All toilet seats would loosen up had to tighten by hand.No tools.Lanai slider was hard to move on track plus locking it was at times a problem. Could not stay in Lanai at night due to screening being ripped.Also outside door of Lanai the door closer was pulled from door. During day Geikos would come into Lanai because of screening. Light in main closet did not work. Heating and Ac was very erratic. When setting Thermostat. Upstairs would heat to high temperature while downstairs remain cool.Therefore system would run and run and run Fortunately we did not have to use AC a lot because the weather outside remained decent.The grill in master bed room was missing screws and kept falling out one time missing hitting me on the head.Window in master bedroom could not be closed properly. Thus letting cold air in.Plus top window had a crack in it. We spent a day and a half cleaning place.Evolve did a very poor job of cleaning. Fans had build up of soot and dust on top of blades never been cleaned. Under the beds and bureaus was build up of dust and pop sickle sticks and candy wrappers. We filled a grocery bag of fuzz balls from under the beds and bureaus.Tub and shower had soap and scum build up plus the tub and shower were not very clean.Tub faucet had missing screws in face plate and you could pull valve body back and forth in wall. We could not keep Lanai clean because with screening being broken twigs and flying debris kept coming in especially on windy days.Also the sliding door would get dirty from the same conditions. Brooks came the first day and did clean Lanai and door. But this was just an ongoing problem. The unit was well equipped for any body using it. All furniture and appliances were up to date and worked perfectly.But as for cleanliness Evolve did an extremely poor job.Would not recommend them as a rental agent.
