Orlando pool build
2/5 We booked the property for 4/17 - 4/21. We arrived on 4/17 at 3 pm and the house was not ready. We knew we were early and thought they may be just running behind in cleaning so we left and came back at 730 to find nothing had been done. We called the host who came and tried to move us to the house next door, however that was already booked. He then proceeded to find a different property. With nothing else available he made the beds (with my wife's help) but nothing else. The floors were dirty, the stove was dirty, there was no toilet paper, trash bags or paper towels. There was no mop or cleaning supplies to clean the floor. The property says it sleeps 6 but was only supplied with 5 bath towels. Nothing else. No wash cloths, hand towels, dish cloths or dish towels. There was no can opener and barely any dishes. Just the bare minimum they can get away with. We messaged the host the next morning and he did bring two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, 4 trash bags, a mop and bucket. Even though there is a key fob to the community pool there is no information of where the pool is.
I have provided this information to Evolve Owner and Guest support. So far all they have done is ask me for proof. I would not have even contacted them if this was not true.
