This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is just a mile away from the resort grounds, but you might prefer to take the community shuttle instead of driving! Enjoy days of fun at Hollywood Studios and Epcot, shop across the road at the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, or stay on-site to enjoy community amenities like the outdoor pool and the game room. The choice is yours!

Booking/check-in/check-out were hassle-free but place was just okay. The devil is in the details. Would rate much higher if not for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
- First, this is NOT a condo, it is a hotel suite.
- If socks turn black while walking around the first night, the floor is NOT clean.
- Had to plunge the toilet upon arrival because it nearly overflowed at the first flush.
- Bathroom door is falling off the hinges.
- Tub/shower could be cleaner. Found some of previous guest's hair in shower and bottom of tub shows stains from dirty feet. A little bleach and Barkeeper's Friend would work wonders.
- Lastly, though you are in a hotel, you are treated as an outsider since the room is booked through evolve. You are not entitled to hotel services, so forget about having breakfast in the lobby. We even offered to pay for breakfast and were turned away. My hungry 7 yr old daughter thought we were "bad people" because they wouldn't let us in. Shameful.

- The floors are thoroughly vacuumed and mopped after each guest checkout. We are sorry to hear that you experienced issues with cleanliness and will ensure that our housekeeping team pays extra attention to detail moving forward.
- Regarding the toilet, we have not received any reports of flushing problems. However, we will investigate this matter further to ensure that all fixtures are in proper working order.
- Our maintenance team has inspected the bathroom door and confirmed that it is functioning properly.
- While our bathtub may show signs of age, please rest assured that it is cleaned and disinfected before each guest arrival. We will remind our cleaning crew to pay extra attention to this area to ensure a pristine bathing experience for our guests.
- We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding hotel services. We will address this with the HOA management to ensure a more welcoming experience for our guests in the future.
