• Nice place, but the constant battle with the AC was frustrating.

  Pros: The unit was really well done. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated nicely, the beds were comfy with plenty of pillows and the internet was good. Having a washer and dryer is a must and it was a nice set. It felt clean & I loved the decor.

  Cons: The biggest issue was the Nest thermostat. Someone had set it remotely to override the temps selected on the unit. We would set it to 71 and before 5 am, it would rise up to 78. Then we would adjust it again and it would cool off, but then almost immediately climb back to 86. When I asked they said no one was controlling it, but it was clear that it is being controlled remotely. Maintenance stopped by, but wasn’t able to disable the schedule. After a couple days of fighting it, I was able to manually “hold” my selected temp for 24 hours, but had to remember to reset it to “hold” again or it would climb back to the mid 80’s.

  Aside from the temperature, the unit doesn’t have a lot of cookware, pizza cutter, bowls with lids, etc. It has the bare minimum for cooking. There were very few towels even after they brought a few more, it still wasn’t the amount I would anticipate for a unit that sleeps 8. I think we had 8 towels and 5 face rags so we were constantly washing them. Lastly, the dishwasher was propped up on 2x4s and would slide off when you opened/closed it so we decided to hand wash the dishes.

  All in all, it wasn’t a bad stay and it is a nice condo, it was just missing a few things that would have made it a 4-5 star place. We were there for 9 nights for volleyball nationals and family vacation so we wanted something that felt more like home. This place is close, it just needs a few tweaks.

  Our family traveled to Orlando for Spring Break. We LOVED the condo and have added this property to our favorites so that we can stay here for a future trip. The condo itself is as pictured. Very convenient to resort pool. Short walk to Publix and a few eateries. One of the guest rooms has a very low bed frame. It was perfect for our 2yo but would have been problematic for an elderly parent. We loved that we were in a nice quiet area but only 5-10min from SeaWorld and Disney. When we decided to add a day to our stay the property management team was easy to reach by phone. Our only disappointment was with the responsiveness of the "guest contact". We emailed about early checkin the day we arrived and regarding one of the faucets being broken during our stay. We did not receive a response to either. Thankfully neither were issues that greatly impacted our visit. Other than that we give two thumbs up and would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.
