Not fond of the area
3/5 the home has some updates that are nice, but also an old place with leaky plumbing, warped floors, curtains for closet doors and what seemed like mold spots on bath ceiling.
The manager was very nice and the new appliances were appearling.

Saved us from hurricane Milton
5/5 Through this stressful time in our lives, I had my family go to stay in Ocala while I watched over our house in Pinellas county as a husband, father, and lineman. I was nervous to send my family so far away, unsure if Ocala would be far enough and safe for my family. Kelly, with Evolve, was extremely responsive and helped my family have a seamless stay during these challenging times, and went above and beyond to answer questions or concerns I had. She is a genuine person who truly cares about her clients, and I am so fortunate that she was so willing to help me and my family so I could help others in need in my community. God bless you, Kelly, and thank you for helping my family, wife, and baby daughter

Enjoyable vacation
5/5 The house was exactly like advertisement stated. Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed having the pool to relax by. Our host Kelly was amazing! Great location too. We would definitely rent again. Thank you Kelly for everything you done for us 😊

Fun cute place!
3/5 We loved the house! Its cute and the lay out is awesome! The pool was a small let down. The pool pump was clogged and there where wolf spiders all over the pool. Did you know that they swim? We had no clue. We tried to reach out to the people who rented it to us and they never answered.
