Ocala House
3/5 Property owner was very nice but for the price we paid the home could use some upgrades. Pool was very nice! Home needs to be professionally cleaned. Stove top and oven was dirty and grill outside was dirty, we couldn’t use it. Kitchen could use new appliances. Plenty of room to accommodate a big family.& close to stores. 😊

-As the owner, we truly valued your visit and aimed to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. We accommodated your early check-in request, even though some cleaning tasks were still in progress. By the time you returned from running errands, everything was completed and ready for your stay.
-We regret not being informed about any concerns during your stay. If you had let us know about the grill issue, which is relatively new and not extensively used, we would have been glad to address it. We always encourage guests to reach out with any needs, and we are committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible.
-Additionally, the kitchen appliances are all new, having been installed just over a year ago. They were selected to enhance the convenience and functionality of the space, ensuring that guests have access to modern and efficient equipment during their stay.
