  We enjoyed our stay. Great location. The pool had quite a few leafs in it but over all we still enjoyed it. The house was very well stocked and cleaned. The bed was fabulous! Nicely decorated. Big fluffy towels. The property manager was very quick to respond and very helpful. We would return.

• Disappointing

  We recently stayed at this home for our vacation, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we found the pool dirty, despite the homeowner's information indicating that it would be cleaned on Tuesday. After contacting Evolve, we were informed that the pool cleaning schedule had changed to Wednesdays, which was quite inconvenient. The most concerning issue was the two windows with broken locks, making it easy for them to be opened from the outside. Because of this, we didn't feel safe using one of the bedrooms. When I reached out to the property manager, their response was that the neighborhood is good and there are cameras. This was not reassuring, especially when traveling with children. Two days later, they mentioned that a handyman had visited the house but needed to order parts to fix the windows. This lack of immediate action added to our discomfort. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we would not recommend this rental to others.

  -Our pool was cleaned two days before your arrival and again during your stay. We have confirmed with our property management team that the pool was in clean and working condition. While the pool service schedule did change from Tuesdays to Wednesdays, we regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
  -Our property management team responded to your concerns about the window locks immediately, including texts and calls late in the evening, and a professional was dispatched the next day to assess the situation. Unfortunately, parts needed to be ordered to complete the repairs. While we strive for prompt resolutions, some issues require additional time to address fully.
  -Our property is located in a good neighborhood and equipped with cameras for added security. We regret that our efforts to assure you of the safety measures were not sufficient.

  Very nice rental it was very clean. My kids love the pool is a very quiet neighborhood. Not a lot of traffic, but definitely be renting this one again when we go back to Florida.
