Just what we needed
5/5 I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a clean, well kept property. Comfortable beds, great shower. Everything in the kitchen is clean and working. And some really cool decor and musical instruments!

Great house in an excellent location!
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and beach towels were even provided. The house is in an excellent location and is close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores... everything is within a 5 minute drive. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!
Overview
5/5 Positives were that the house was very clean and was unusually well equipped—except for the left handed can opener which was hard to use. The lamp in the living room was very hard to turn on. The only real drawback was the drainage in the showers. I didn’t get a response from the owner when I both emailed and phoned to ask if we could come an hour early. All that being said, I’d still give it 5 stars.

Cozy and mostly comfortable
4/5 There’s a lot to like about this place: easy drive to Venice and beaches, no stairs, two bikes to use on the nearby Legacy Trail, a sand scoop for hunting shells and sharks teeth, super comfy bed, interesting and eclectic decor, plenty of streaming choices on the tv, and an overall home-y feel. That said … the shower water wasn’t quite hot enough, the tp was scratchy one-ply, the tap water isn’t safe to drink (use the filtering jug in the fridge), the living room furniture is quite uncomfortable, and there’s significant road noise. Overall we give it an 8 - nice, but could be a little better.
