5/5 We could not have asked for a better stay. We have stayed at MANY rentals and BnB's in New Smyrna both on and off the island and this cottage was my favorite! It is cozy, extremely well appointed, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and amazing shower! We walked to Botanical House Coffee Roasters in the mornings, lunched at Paco's Subs (not to be missed), and a wonderful view of the water is just around the corner. Canal Street is only a couple blocks away, but this beautiful oak and moss canopied quiet street seems a million miles away from any traffic or people. 5 stars!

5/5 We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was immaculate and had everything one would need. The location was excellent less than a mile from downtown area. The neighborhood felt safe.
