5/5 Safe neighborhood. Easy and great communication with host. Nice accommodations for a stay at NSB. We would stay again. It is a bit far if you plan to walk to the beach, but that is a small detail when you can easily drive to so much there.

5/5 Was a weekday with son and granddaughters for a family reunion. Very close to the beach a very comfortable stay one thing just have to fix the garbage disposal.
