5/5 Monica, the Host was very welcoming and apologetic of the unusually cold Florida weather. She even tried to accommodate with a schedule change and free days but that didn't work out.The condo had everything we needed as we had several meals in house as we enjoyed the breathtaking views on the balcony and early morning sunrises.Even the beach restoration was no real problem as we actually enjoyed watching the skilled workers performing 24/7! There was some restriction to beach access but they were just finishing our section of the beach. Highly recommend this condo whether you are looking for a comfortable getaway for two or a family gathering.

3/5 The location is great and the building is quiet. The only issue we had was the beds was very uncomfortable and so was the furniture. The updated bathrooms were beautiful.
