Nice neighborhood
4/5 We enjoyed our time in Naples neighborhood Falcons Glen. The owner was very easy to contact and respond. The home was spacious and we enjoyed the added access to The Players Club.

5/5 Just finished a great stay in Falcons Glen. The property was as pictured. The availability of the Players Club was wonderful, we used that often with our 10yo. The house was very well outfitted, and the owner is extremely responsive. Thank you for a great stay, wish it had been longer!

Worst VRBO property I’ve stayed at!
1/5 I vacated this property after sleeping on a couch for 2 nights. I’ve submitted a claim for reimbursement. You should have all the photos, video, and details regarding this musty, mildewy, ant-infested home. Nowhere near how it was described.

Hi Don, we take guest comfort seriously and regret that this stay wasn’t what you expected. The homeowner shared that:
- The home receives monthly pest control, and an exterminator was sent in response to your concerns. Florida naturally has many insects, but we have traps in place to help between treatments. Rest assured, there is no ant infestation.
- The HVAC filter was replaced again, though it had been changed last month. During our recent visit, we didn’t detect any musty odors.
