Worst VRBO property I’ve stayed at!
1/5 I vacated this property after sleeping on a couch for 2 nights. I’ve submitted a claim for reimbursement. You should have all the photos, video, and details regarding this musty, mildewy, ant-infested home. Nowhere near how it was described.

Hi Don, we take guest comfort seriously and regret that this stay wasn’t what you expected. The homeowner shared that:
- The home receives monthly pest control, and an exterminator was sent in response to your concerns. Florida naturally has many insects, but we have traps in place to help between treatments. Rest assured, there is no ant infestation.
- The HVAC filter was replaced again, though it had been changed last month. During our recent visit, we didn’t detect any musty odors.

5/5 Property was fine once we arranged to have access to the pool by having the ugly black fence removed.

It may not be visually appealing to you, but we value the safety of our guests' children, and out of an abundance of caution, we chose to incorporate that additional safety measure for our guests."
Nice spot for a family stay
5/5 The house was well equipped with items needed for a 2 weeks stay. The location is great, in the lely resort with access to the players club where we spent most days with our kids. The only small things are that the owners vehicle is in the garage so you can’t use it, and the walk in closet in the primary bedroom is locked so you have no where to hang your clothing in the primary which is annoying when the other two bedrooms are being used. Overall a nice property in the older section of lely.
