Good location
4/5 Nice studio. We used it to sleep primarily. It has a nice pool. We ate in quite often . Well equipped.

Pretty small
4/5 The size of the unit is very small - no closet
The pool is very nice and surprisingly not very busy - but we were disappointed that it wasn’t very warm - not sure that it’s heated - if so they should turn it up

Unexceptable parking situation
1/5 Paid for a month but left after 8 days,couldn't go to the grocery or sight seeing and expect to have a place to park when i returned that was closer than a quater of a mile away. I believe there were unauthorized people parking in spots designated for renters. Management needs to police parking and have unauthorized vehicles towed away!

Unfortunately, your visit coincided with a busy time in SW Florida, which may have contributed to the parking situation. However, we acknowledge the importance of addressing this issue and have already taken steps to communicate with our HOA regarding potential improvements to the parking program.

Lovely studio perfect for 2
5/5 Place was clean. They provided a few K-cups, a couple of bottles of water and there were several containers of spices and seasonings to use. The towels were thick and oversized. There were beach towels available as well. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
