There was a smell when we walked in the condo and it was obvious the condo had not been properly cleaned.
The couch and decorative pillows on the couch are stained. There was a lot of dust on the furniture and the dining room chairs were stained. The dining room chair, against the wall, has a very loose front leg. The soap dispenser for the washer was not clean. There was a buildup of lint and residue in the rubber seal of the dryer. We cleaned it out; however, it is too coated. There were small, tiny bugs around the condo, including in the dryer
The bed sheets and bed covers were stained. We washed all the bed sheets and bed covers before we went to sleep the first night which was very unexpected after a long drive from Canada. The primary bedroom pillows were stained. We had to purchase new pillows; an expense we were not expecting. The dishware, cutlery and utensils were dirty, and the cutlery and utensil drawer have food crumbs inside the drawer.
The cookware was dirty. The plastic coating on the inside of the pot was found in the water when we cooked pasta. Due to the condition of the cookware, we were forced to eat our meals at restaurants; an expense we were not expecting. After we cleaned out all of the crumbs inside the toaster, it was hygienic enough to use.
The cooking utensils and the paper towel holder were rusted. The glassware was dirty and disorganized.
We put all of the dishware, glassware and cutlery in the dishwasher the first night we arrived...etc

Our stay was as expected. We have stayed in several units and this being a top floor was nice, so that you don't have the noise from the unit above. Updated and quiet. The use of the bikes was a pleasant surprise, since I've always had to rent them in the past. I would recommend this unit as a very comfortable place to stay.

You can't go wrong staying in the Coral Falls condo on the Lely resort. The unit has all the things to enjoy a great vacation...beach chairs, umbrella, portable cooler and towels for the beach, as well as bikes to ride around the beautiful neighborhood. You are close to both Naples and Marco Island beaches to enjoy both during your stay. Will definitely stay again.
