  Upon arrival we were able to enter easily. The surprise inside was a very furniture crowed place. Had to search for the dishes, cup were not microwaveable... burnt myself. The ice maker was a solid block, it hadn't been used or emptied in a while. It was nice to have a variety of seasonings available to cook with. The beds were very comfortable. In the one bedroom we found chip bags under the dresser, obviously cleaners missed. NO CURTAINS!! Sun blazed in at 6:30am ... I'm on vacation I like to sleep in a dark room and don't want to be forced into getting up at the same time as my work day schedule. The outside- what can I say !!!??? OLD RUSTY stuff everywhere! Bikes were growing into the ground, chairs were completely unusable. A entire 33 gallon trash can full of water was located by the outdoor trash cans. The furnace filter was incorrectly installed and there was a giant build up of dust and dirt on the outside of the unit as well as the intake screen. The toilet kept running 85% of the time. Bushes along the driveway NEED to be trimmed!!! One bush had thorns on it and had to back out of drive before passengers could get in. The ONLY GOOD THING the beds were comfortable. This property will be very last in my choice list on my next trip.

• Comfortable house within walking distance of beach

  My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and were able to walk to the beach most mornings. There was plenty of room for my husband and I and our 2 little kids and the house had everything we needed for our stay.

  We enjoyed the house and the location very much. The manager was very helpful with ideas on what to do and see. We had a awesome week.

  We arrived 3 hours early, but after a 12 hour drive Mr. Tony told us to go on in and enjoy our stay. We loved the home and how close it was to everything. The beach was just a short drive right down the rd. Mr Tony had everything we needed for a great stay from beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks and a Canoe. We would definitely book again! All the bedrooms were very spacious with plenty of extra linens and even a pull out couch in the living room for extra guest.

• If you want privacy, this is not it!!!!

  Check in was supposed to be at 12pm. We got there by 1:30, and they were still cleaning. Finally checked in at 2:30. Landlord asked to show the place to new maids the following day. Us being nice allowed it. Then she continued to come by every single day!!! Left noted in the door and moved patio chair infront of entrance to make sure we received the notes. And knew they had stopped by. My husband called landlord about last note received and she asked us if the maids could start cleaning the house starting at 10am. Check out is at 11am. Check out day, they show up at 9am knocking on the front door while we were packing. We had a 13 hr drive and was not able to rest like we should have been able to. Bad experience due to no privacy. Too expensive for the lack of privacy.
