  The a/c does not cool the room efficiently, so it made for a hard two nights of sleep. There was a lot of outside noise that contributed to the lack of sleep. (party at the house behind the unit, people talking loudly in the lot next to unit) It is a cute and clean unit although very small. The mattress was very soft. The pool was nice and clean. Check in was easy, and the communication with the owner was good.

  - The mini-split A/C is just a few years old and has a manual in the cottage—it's working properly, but we're sorry it didn’t meet your expectations and would’ve been happy to assist if contacted
  - The lot next door is home to another short-term rental with an outdoor sitting area, which may have contributed to the noise

  This was perfect, it was quiet, peaceful and I enjoyed my stay. It was very easy to get in touch with the host for any questions. The cottage was cute, perfect for two. It was nice and clean! Very private and picturesque area

  The worst experience ever. The woman had a cat on the property and in the unit and my girlfriend is allergic to cats. She couldn’t breathe and her throat swelled up. We texted with the property owner to come out of her residence to speak with us but she declined. We had to pack up our things and leave without even staying one night of our two night stay. We want our money back.

  - The cottage was fully remodeled in 2022, and no pets have been inside since that time. While there is an old pet door, it remains locked. Additionally, we have a strict no-pet policy for the cottage.
  - We understand your concerns and directed you to Evolve, which manages refunds. Despite your use of the space for several hours, a full refund, including the cleaning fee, was granted.
  - As it was late at night, I did not feel comfortable meeting outside but remained available via text.
  We strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming experience for all guests, and we appreciate your feedback.
