• Nice house, needs upkeep, not value for price

  Day1: master bed broke, pantry door came loose on my head, towels were hung on rod in bathroom, unfolded ( did they wash them?). Spent 2 days calling evolve, emailing host, coordinating maintenance. Evolve did nothing other than ask to contact host. Very poor property maintenance. Fridge water dispenser has fungus growing. Almost an hour to miami down town. Day 3: dishwasher not working, back and forth

  - The home was thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your arrival, with towels neatly prepared in both the bathroom and linen closet.
  - Maintenance responded promptly to address your concerns, resolving issues including the bed, toilet seat, and shower drains within 24 hours.
  - The refrigerator and dishwasher were inspected prior to check-in and were in working condition, with no issues reported by previous guests.
  - Regarding location, the property is approximately 20-30 minutes from downtown Miami, as stated in the listing.

  The property was great the only problem was it was not clean and there were stains on the furniture in the kitchen dining area.

• Poorly maintained property

  Good location and fantastic owners

  The property is unfortunately managed by a third party that does not provide required services. Fire alarms beeping from low batteries, dishwasher partially installed and inoperative, wet, not damp but wet towels folded and placed in linen closet, dirty floors and broken furniture. Called the owner they were great to respond. If they can hire a dependable cleaning and maintenance service then we would return

  Hi Ken, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  – Our cleaners failed to meet expectations, leading to unacceptable oversights such as wet towels and dirty floors. The cleaners have been replaced, all issues have been addressed, and inspections are now conducted after every cleaning so the home meets our standards moving forward.
  – After being informed about the alarms, batteries were shipped to the property immediately and you installed them. The dishwasher was newly installed and maintenance has since taken care of this unexpected issue. The dining table and chairs were impacted by previous guests, but they’ve been reinforced.
  Thanks for bringing these concerns to our attention, we’d love the chance to host you again under improved conditions.

  This property was beautiful and was what my family needed for our stay. The host was "outstanding, understanding and very accessible when we had questions. This residence is close to shopping, restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.
