• Terrible experience

  Horrible, there is an unadvertised 'Roommate' playing loud music and blocking the drive. The floor seeped water for 7 days, no covered/shaded area in the backyard, whole house looked like it had not been dusted in YEARS. Do not Spend your money here!

  They offered 2 free days for a future stay. in a place I will not stay again.

  We respectfully submit this statement in response to the client’s concerns regarding their recent stay at our property.
  
  Summary of Events:
  • The property experienced an air conditioning leak, which was not reported until the client’s departure.
  • During the stay, the client did mention water on the floor. We immediately requested permission to enter the property to assess and resolve the matter. The client declined, stating that the issue was minor and acceptable.
  • Immediately after the client’s departure, a licensed contractor was engaged, and the issue was fully resolved.
  
  Remedial Action Taken:
  • As a gesture of goodwill and to acknowledge any inconvenience caused, the client was refunded the equivalent of two nights’ stay via PayPal.
  • This refund was discussed, agreed upon, and accepted by the client as full settlement for the inconvenience.
  We take guest comfort and property maintenance very seriously.

  This was a cute little home perfect for our group! Though with larger groups one washroom is an ensuite. There was kids bodywash in the washroom which if was bought just for us, Thank you! Coffee was there for when we got there was a huge plus. Plenty of parking for everyone! It's says family friendly, but it's not toddler and infant friendly, as most of the decorative furniture is glass and heavy art on table and TV stand.

  The rooms were dated and need of some TLC. The kitchen did not have sufficient quality item to cook. We spent over $250 on buying items for the kitchen (cutting knives, pots, frying pan, BBQ and utensils. We left all these items for future guests.

  The location was good for the Miami Dolphins game and the neighbours were very friendly. Very close to shopping.

  Overall we had a good time but it could have been better.
